On site training and customisation of the template is performed by Metcash Food Safety Coordinators and included in the initial price.

Changes to site specific information can be made by Food Safety Supervisors through a secure website and revised documents can be printed on demand with automated document control.

Metcash keep templates up to date consistent with changes to legislation. The first 12 months of updates are included in the initial price. Subsequent years are covered by an annual maintenance agreement.

The food safety template is aligned with HACCP principles and the Food Safety Standard and is fully auditable with any State or Territory.
